Guide How to Fix Frozen Classes on MW2 After a Modder Messes Up Your Account

If someone froze your classes on MW2 and your game crashes every time you join a match or select a class, here's something you can try.

1. Find a trusted MW2 recovery lobby that specifically offers frozen-class repairs. * cough * me *cough *
2. Join the host's session.
3. If the lobby asks you to spectate, press B to back out of team selection.
4. Follow the host's instructions for resetting your broken classes.
5. Restart MW2 and check whether you can join a normal match again.

Some recovery lobbies use a D-pad command to reset the corrupted class data.

Important: Make sure you're joining a recovery lobby and not one that randomly changes your rank or stats. Don't give anyone your Xbox account password.
